Each piece is handmade in our Delhi studio and may feature slight variations in color, texture, and form. These characteristics are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handcrafted ceramics.

For Tableware:
* Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of your ceramic pieces.
* Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as transferring a piece directly from the refrigerator to a hot oven or vice versa.
* Do not place hot cookware directly onto ceramic surfaces unless specifically stated in the product description.
* Use non-abrasive sponges and mild dish soap for cleaning.
* Handle with care, as ceramics can chip or break if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces.

For Decorative Pieces:
* Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
* Keep indoor decorative pieces away from prolonged exposure to moisture unless otherwise specified.
* Handle carefully during cleaning and repositioning.

Handmade Character:
No two Paheli Ceramics pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations in shape, glaze, brushwork, and finish are natural results of the handmade process and celebrate the individuality of each piece.
