Return and refund policy:


At Paheli Ceramics, every piece is handmade and may feature slight variations in color, shape, and finish. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged or if an incorrect item is delivered.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after reviewing the claim. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Customized and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.
